We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in the latest March 2026 release of the Fertu platform:
🚀 Major Features
- Outgoing Voice Calls: Launched full support for automated outgoing voice calls. You can now reliably dispatch voice messaging campaigns directly from the platform.
- Agentic Workflows & Runner: Introduced the first version of the AI Runner. This enables the platform to seamlessly execute complex, AI-driven conversational workflows.
- Unified Communications Inbox: Implemented a unified inbox that intelligently blends both SMS threads and voicemails into a single feed. This makes managing multi-channel recipient interactions effortless.
- Call Recording & Transcription: Added robust callback handlers to capture, store, and automatically transcribe voice calls. This ensures a perfect record of all spoken communications.
- Voicemail Timeline Integration: Voicemails are now fully integrated into the campaign timeline view, providing a complete historical context of user interactions.
🔒 Safety and Validation
- Standalone Database Superusers: Upgraded our database infrastructure to utilize isolated superuser accounts, significantly strengthening the platform's security posture and access controls.
🛠️ Internal Updates
- Parallel Testing Infrastructure: Overhauled our automated testing pipeline to execute in parallel. This dramatically accelerates our release cycles, allowing us to deliver reliable features faster.
