We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in the latest November 2025 release of the Fertu platform:
🚀 Major Features
- Phone Executions Service: Introduced a dedicated service for handling phone-based campaign executions, including support for targeted campaign IDs. This creates a scalable foundation for voice communications.
- Health Dashboard Slack Alerts: Shipped automated Slack notifications tied to the platform's health dashboard. This allows your operational team to monitor system health and catch issues in real time.
- Execution Tracking Visibility: Added detailed tracking for skipped executions directly within the health dashboard. Users can now easily see exactly why a message was suppressed.
🔒 Safety and Validation
- Cloud Function Security Hardening: Locked down network access for phone, fax, and API services using private network connectors. This drastically enhances data privacy by restricting public internet exposure.
- Detailed Exception Logging: Upgraded the execution engine to log detailed error information tied to specific user IDs. This makes diagnosing failed messages much easier and faster.
🛠️ Internal Updates
- Proofing System Updates: Adjusted the proofing environments to allow necessary external internet access, ensuring templates render correctly during the testing phase.
