Intro
We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in the latest Mid-October 2025 release of the Fertu platform:
🚀 Major Features
- Custom Field Phone Resolver: Added a new phone mapper resolver designed to intelligently transform and format custom phone fields. This ensures phone numbers meet correct formatting standards before dispatch.
- Practice-Level Phone Lookups: Integrated Twilio lookups specifically tailored for practice environments. This improves the accuracy of caller identification.
🔒 Safety and Validation
- Duplicate Population Prevention: Fixed a bug to guarantee the same population cannot be mistakenly added twice to a single campaign, preventing duplicate communications.
- Active Campaign Verification: Strengthened the cohort manager to strictly verify a campaign is marked as active before pushing executions. This ensures paused or draft campaigns remain inactive.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Working Hours Calculation: Resolved an issue affecting working hours calculations, ensuring scheduled messages only go out within approved time windows.
🛠️ Internal Updates
- Phone Resolver Performance: Transitioned the phone resolver to use robust JSON authentication and updated its database permissions, yielding a more secure and reliable backend architecture.
