Intro
We're excited to announce several new features and improvements in the latest May 2025 release of the Fertu platform:
🚀 Major Features
- Twilio Click Events: Added a new service to process and track click events from Twilio. This improves engagement tracking and provides better visibility into message performance.
- Inbound SMS Webhooks: Introduced capabilities to receive and process inbound SMS messages directly. This allows users to capture incoming responses effortlessly.
- Unified Media Dashboard: Launched a comprehensive dashboard covering all medium types. This provides users with a centralized, high-level view of all active campaigns.
🔒 Safety and Validation
- Enhanced Error Handling: Improved error tracking in extraction and transformation scripts. This helps ensure data integrity and speeds up debugging during data processing.
- Variant Validation: Updated variant logic to properly allow messaging service configurations. This gives users greater flexibility when managing messaging endpoints safely.
🛠️ Internal Updates
- Historical SMS Backfill: Added scripts to efficiently process historical SMS data. This ensures legacy communication data can be securely migrated and analyzed.
- BigQuery Phone Lookups: Implemented direct phone number lookups in the database. This significantly speeds up query performance during SMS and phone-related data retrievals.
